  1977  
- Established a company mainly for tooling, machining and prototypes.
   
 
  1993  
- The first zero point mounting system was developed for the machining industry.
- Various build sizes were developed and we integrated through flow circuits.
 
         
  1997  
- Introduction of the new CAD program, 3D-CAD Solid Works.

 
  2000  
- Takeove by the ROEMHELD group.
- Extended our range of mounting systems.
- Market introduction of automatic multiple clutches.
 
         
  2001  
- Introduction and implementation of Axapta, the database driven ERP system, implemented the processes in all of the sections.
 
     


 
  2002  
- Creation of the 3D-CAD/CAM work group. integration of the machine park into the Cat5 network.
 
     

 

  
  2003  
- The modular structure of our roducts was developed with the automatic element SPEEDY Sweeper 2000
 
     

 

  
  2004  
- Extension of the product program with set-up and mounting stations
- Development of the “Third Hand Function“ (THF), a mounting mechanism.
- Introduction of the mechanical mounting system SPEEDY metec
- Market presentation of the SPEEDY module plate
- New design of the website: www.stark-inc.com
 
         
  2005  
- Extension of our product range with the STARK palette changer SPW
- Development and introduction of the variokit, the first multiple-axis adjustable SPEEDY zero point mounting system.
 
  New development of the zero point mounting system:
- SPEEDY airtec (air activated)
- SPEEDY hydratec (hydraulic double pressure control)
   
- System was extended with the automatic SPEEDY Sweeper with query function.
 
     


 
  2006  
- Met the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard and received certification.
 
  The SPEEDY zero point mounting systems were classified as follows:
- SPEEDY classic
- SPEEDY metec
- SPEEDY airtec
- SPEEDY hydratec
 
     


 
  2007  
- Renovation and redesign of our facilities in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the company.
